Great location for Thorpe Park. Modern and clean hotel. Premium WiFi wouldn’t work so had to get another code from the desk. Terrible parking options. Not enough spaces and nowhere in the area to park. Aldi just round corner Nice area
I don’t like staying at Travelodge, I had no choice to stay in Chertsey. We were greeted my Sameen, she had a friendly smile. It was a check check in, still thinking can’t believe I’m in a travelodge, until I saw the room, the room was spacious and very clean. Actually the hotel was very clean, I could not find a fault with the Chertsey branch. Well done to the hotel staff and specially to Sameen I hope that is the correct name. She changed my mind about travelodge. Best of luck.
The hotel is modern and in a good location. Rooms are large, bright and clean. Large TV. Good WIFI ( have to pay). Beds are really comfortable. Good shower. The only downside of this particular Travelodge is there is only a small amount of car parking spaces.
Good stay at this Travelodge. Finding my stays unfussy and untroubled, with particularly good service on this occasion from Sameen on reception.
The check-in process was slick and my premium room was clean and tidy. Just when I looked up at the AC unit intake, I saw all that dust. The thought of blowing that fist around my room made me opt to open the window instead

We had 2 twin rooms at Chertsey hotel, both street facing but super quiet. Staff were very friendly (and very handsome). Totally professional. Rooms were clean and had small kettles with complimentary tea/coffee etc. Car park was £6 for 24 hours. Very satisfied with everything. Would definitely use again.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff (Nabeel and kazmi) were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and easy to get around. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!
